Liverpool midfielder Fabienho revealed a brief and expressive message he sent to Paris St Germain striker Killian Mbappe.

Mbappe, 21, is one of the brightest young talents in football today, and is considered by many to be the expected successor to the two stars Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, both of whom are over thirty years old.

Several speculations have linked the St Germain striker to the move to the Reds over the past two years, but Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp has ruled out these speculations, stressing the difficulty of completing a deal of this size.

However, Fabineau ignored this in statements to a French TV program, reported by "Liverpool Eco", during which he said: "I would like to welcome him to Liverpool", in what appeared to be a "personal" support message for the French star, who was also nominated by Fabinio to win the Ball Award. Gold before teammate Neymar.

This is not the first time that Fabinho has indicated his desire to join Mbappe, his former teammate in Monaco, at Anfield. In the summer of 2018, the midfielder revealed at the time that he would try to persuade Mbappe to join him in Merseyside.

And Fabienho said at the time: "Mbappe said he will stay next season in Saint Germain. But I will slowly try to persuade him to come to Liverpool."

It is noteworthy that Mbappe has a two-year contract with Saint Germain, which makes it difficult for him to move soon to Liverpool, or any other team, although several press reports indicate that the talented player may represent the "ultimate aspiration" of the Reds in the future.
